In this four module course, you will be able to work at your own pace with mentor support from Deb. You will learn the basics of meditation, different techniques, dealing with obstacles, chart your progress, and more. You can enroll anytime after the course opens.

Mindfulness in Everyday Life Series 1 Opens July 10th
Does this sound like you? You walk around with so many thoughts swirling around in your head at any given moment in time that you can feel as if you are unfocused, in a fog, overwhelmed and your mind never has a chance to truly rest. If so, Mindfulness will help to unclutter and clear your mind, calm your brain and allow it to settle down for a spell. This course includes one mentoring session with Deb.

The group meets with Deb via video conferencing group either every other Wednesday morning at 11 am Central Time and/or every other Wednesday evening at 7 pm. Your choice which meeting you attend. Deb will present weekly topics that will be recorded plus meditations to download, worksheets and exercises,and the support of others who are on the path with you. Topics will help you in de-stressing with relaxation techniques, exploring our thoughts and emotions, inviting in meditation & mindfulness, learning to mindfully eat, practicing gentle chair yoga, and other wellness activities.

Private Meditation Instruction
Learn meditation and mindfulness from seasoned practitioner. Deb has decades of experience and will help you to learn and/or fine-tune your practice. We can go more deeply into our meditation practice when we work with someone on a consistent basis. Working with someone provides accountability. I have done the same with my mentors and have been richly rewarded in my practice because of it.
