This meditation helps you to move the mind from the constant inner chatter, so you can enjoy peace and quiet. The meditation is guided and offered with background music so you can slow down and relax. These sessions may be body scans, guided imagery or visualizations or others. You can sit or bring your mat and pillow to lie down. (45 minutes)
It is best to arrive 5-10 minutes early for our events so we can start on time and not have the session interrupted.
