3rd Sunday – Mindfulness
4th Sunday – Guided Meditation
It is best to arrive 5-10 minutes early for our events so we can start on time and not have the session interrupted.

Session runs about 40 minutes
This is an open group meditation session with a mentored option. If you choose to do so, you can work with Deb as your mentor for the session to enhance and strengthen your meditation practice. Before and after the session, you can set an intention, reflect, ask questions, and discuss ways to deepen your practice. Anyone is welcome to attend.
Take a “sound bath” and relax in the healing properties of Tibetan and Crystal Singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments that take the mind on an immersive healing journey. You can expect to leave feeling rested and rebalanced and restored.
Mindfulness is the process of developing one’s attention to whatever is happening in the present moment. In this guided class, students will learn mindfulness techniques to maintain a moment-by-moment awareness of thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and the surrounding environment.
This meditation helps you to move the mind from the constant inner chatter, so you can enjoy peace and quiet. The meditation is guided and offered with background music so you can slow down and relax. These sessions may be body scans, guided imagery or visualizations or others. You can sit or bring your mat and pillow to lie down.
