This workshop will take the place of the Meditation Class at 10:30 am.
Be sure to register in advance as our workshops require advanced registration.
If would rather not register online and would prefer to pay cash in person, send me an email that you would like to attend.
In this 2 hour workshop, you will learn and practice effective and simple Meditation techniques that will help you to overcome obstacles to creating or sustaining a regular practice.
As a member of the workshop, you will also receive a free pass to attend one of our meditation classes whenever you choose so you can continue to learn and assist yourself with meditation. You can also stay for the 10:30 am meditation instruction class for free!
You can easily sit in a chair for the meditation. Dress comfortably and you can bring a pillow for your back if feel you need to do so while sitting in a chair. If you have a meditation cushion, you can bring it, but it is not required.
