Mindfulness is the process of developing one’s attention to whatever is happening in the present moment. In this guided class, students will learn mindfulness techniques to maintain a moment-by-moment awareness of thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and the surrounding environment. (45 minutes)

Recommended: Anyone

It is best to arrive 5-10 minutes early for our events so we can start on time and not have the session interrupted.

This session takes place on Fridays at 12:15 pm.
