Loving-Kindness

Thursdays at 10 am

Explore the simple but transformative practice of directing well wishes towards yourself and others. This guided metta meditation is meant to evoke loving kindness as a way to cultivate compassion and empathy and will help you open your heart to be happier. (45 minutes)

Recommended: Anyone

It is best to arrive 5-10 minutes early for our events so we can start on time and not have the session interrupted.

This session takes place on Thursdays at 10 am.
