What is it? In these alignment based classes, we slow down our bodies and focus on feeling how our muscles hold us various asanas. These classes are intended to develop balance and body awareness to help make every day tasks easier on our bodies as we age. While the classes I teach are at a slower pace and targeted for beginners, advanced yogis may learn new techniques about familiar postures! Classes allow freedom of movement whether you need something a little more challenging or feel the need to take it easier. I want yogis to leave classes feeling empowered and more in tune with their inner self. Feel free to settle into your own body, wherever your practice may be today!
